 |
St Vincent de Paul projects include:
 | Meals for the homeless. On a regular basis a hot meal is transported and served | |
| by our members to Inner City needy and homeless men at the Faith Mission on the near east side of Columbus on the fifth Thursday of any month. |

| St Lawrence Haven. Support is sent monthly to St Lawrence Haven to feed the | |
| needy and homeless in downtown Columbus. |
| Christmas Help. Our members collect cooked turkeys and home-baked pastries | |
| from the parishioners of St Mary. The food is delivered to Bethlehem on Broad on December 23rd for the annual Christmas Day dinner. |
| Sandwiches. We provide 400 sandwiches on the first Monday of each month to St | |
| Lawrence Haven for distribution to the homeless in downtown Columbus. The PSR students and families at St Mary assist with preparing the sandwiches for delivery. |
| Clothing/Household Goods Collection. Twice a year, in the spring and fall, clothing | |
| and household goods are collected at St Mary for delivery to the St Vincent de Paul Shop in Lancaster, OH |
| Distribute additional items to the poor. We distribute additional items are collected | |
| by other groups at the church throughout the year. Mittens, gloves, hats & scarves are collected from the Mitten Tree at Christmas time. These items are distributed to an inner city school for needy children. Personal item toiletries are collected by the youth group at St Mary (SMYL) for distribution at one of the Meals for the Homeless at Faith Mission. |
| Canned Food Drive. Each Thanksgiving canned goods and food is collected and | |
| distributed to the poor in Central and Southeastern Ohio. |
| Groveport Food Pantry. In conjunction with other churches in the Greater | |
| Groveport area, we supply food to the food pantry and provide volunteers to distribute the food to those in need. |
| Devotional Books. We provide monthly devotional books to the parish as well as | |
| special devotional books during Lent, Advent and Christmas, and Easter. |
